FOOD AND CONSUMABLESWe provide breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late supper. Our industry trained chef and assistant create an eight-week rotating menu that incorporates different cultural flavours and textures. Our children have the opportunity to eat in our Alfresco dinning area, enjoying the community kitchen creating opportunities for eating with other age groups and siblings; using produce in our meals from our organic vegetable garden. We do our best to cater to all dietary requirements. Our chef and assistant chef both hold a certificate in safe food handling and keep up to date with any changes to food and safety regulations. The director, chef and assistant chef all hold Food Safety Supervisor Certificates. Educators are trained in all aspects of food handling safety. We encourage the celebration of birthdays and other cultural events. However we ask that you do not bring food in to celebrate these days, rather bring in decorations or activities.
